MOTIX™ multi MOSFET gate driver ICs: Are designed to control up to eight half-bridges (up to 16 n-channel MOSFETs) with one packaged device for automotive DC motor control applications such as power seat modules. The multi MOSFET gate driver ICs offer a reliable and cost optimized solution with state-of-the-art diagnostic and protection.
MOTIX motor gate driver ICs: Consists of a comprehensive portfolio of automotive qualified ISO compliant, ASIL-B and ASIL-D 3-phase gate driver ICs with for BLDC motor control for a variety of applications such as electric power steering, brake booster, MHEV starter generator, active roll control, HVAC compressor as well as pumps and fans and where efficiency, space savings and monitoring functions are priorities.
For battery supplied BLDC motor control applications such as cordless power tools, gardening products or automated guided vehicles Infineon offers MOTIX™ 6EDL7141.
MOTIX™ single half bridge ICs: Providing cost-optimized solutions for protected high-current PWM motor drives with very low board-space consumption, with the ability to be combined with an additional MOTIX™ single half-bridge ICs to create an H-bridge or 3-phase bridge as well. Relevant for applications, like electronic parking brake, active suspension control, fuel pumps and ideal for electronic seatbelt pretensioners, T-Case, HVAC control module, and many more due to its durability.
MOTIX™ multi half bridge ICs: The MOTIX™ multi half-bridge ICs range from 2-fold half-bridge ICs to 12-fold half-bridge ICs, and are designed for motor control in applications such as HVAC controle modules or decentralized mirror modules.
Tailored solutions for body applications with not only Automotive DC Motor Control, e.g. seat control modules, power lift gate, sunroof module, but also for BLDC Motor Control such as fuel and water pumps, fans and transfer case. MOTIX™ IMD700A and IMD701A are fully programmable 32-bit motor control SiP solutions for battery supplied motors based on XMC1404 with integrated power supply and 6EDL7141 3-phase gate driver IC.

The 12V motor control kit is an ideal start into the world of Infineon’s offering for motor control. The motor control kit includes a market-proven chipset, is already assembled and ready-to-use to spin the motor within seconds.
It is designed to enable rapid prototyping and evaluation of low voltage motor control application such as auxiliary pumps and fans or any other 3-phase low-voltage BLDC motor.
A reference design for engine cooling fan application using MOSFETs with a gate charge > 100nC presents the current capability via the first worldwide integrated bridge driver capable to drive 1kW motors at 12V.
It combines Infineon´s grade 0 technologies using the TLE9879QXW40 (Embedded Power IC, SoC) with the IAUA250N04S6N007 (OptiMOS™-6 40V MOSFET in sTOLL package).
A reference design for auxiliary water pump application and it is capable to drive 12V BLDC motors up to 140W. It combines Infineon´s grade 0 technologies using the TLE9879QXW40 (Embedded Power IC, SoC) with the IAUC60N04S6N031H
(OptiMOS™-6 40V MOSFET in SSO8 package).
