助力电动汽车实现快速、高效的目的地充电
目前,道路上行驶着的电动汽车 (EV) 数量超过 1000 万辆,随着该技术的价格日渐下降与便利性提升,电动汽车的使用率稳步升高。目的地充电便是一大重要应用,是电动汽车用户较为常用的充电方式。直流充电桩将成为充电基础设施中的重要组成部分,实现更快速、智能的充电。
家用场合中直流充电的功率和速度
支持在家充电是电动汽车的一大关键卖点。成本、可用性和安装便捷性则是左右用户最终购买决策的重要因素。依托新型直流充电桩技术,电动汽车可使用功率高达 22 kW 的直流电 (DC) 充电,充电速度是常规交流 (AC) 充电桩的两倍多。直流充电桩通过标准直流充电枪(也用于快充和超快速充电器)将电能直接传输至动力电池。与交流系统不同,电动汽车的充电操作独立于其内置车载充电器,因此充电速度和容量并无限制,而交流充电桩通常会有此类限制。上述特性可显著缩短充电用时。
直流充电技术的另一重要创新点在于支持双向输电。电能可双向输送以适配不同的应用场合,例如应对电力短缺、作为私人家庭用电的缓冲,甚至在未来通过 V2G(车辆到电网)将电力转售给电网。
各国所用电池的容量均在不断提升,由此催生出诸多将此类能源整合至现有电力基础设施中的前瞻性构想。使用太阳能等可再生能源为电动汽车充电的住宅和商业建筑也需存储多余电力,以便在电力短缺或用电高峰时供电。此类车辆到建筑 (V2B) 方案会进一步普及以满足国家层级的电力需求,并在全面转向可再生能源的大背景下,通过实施车辆到电网 (V2G) 来平衡电力需求。
双向输电操作需采用双重电能传输的特定拓扑电缆。
电动汽车在充电点充电时,必须能够识别、验证和保护在充电器、车辆和后台基础设施之间传输的信息。这便需要加密技术来保护充电基础设施和相应车辆。
作为 ISO 15118 国际标准的一部分,即插即充方案应运而生。依托该方案,车辆无需向充电点出示专用充电卡即可充电。这一充电方式安全便捷,涵盖基于交流和直流子系统的有线及无线充电技术。即插即充技术是其核心,旨在通过 ISO 15118 标准规定的对称和非对称加密算法来确保机密性、数据完整性和真实性。
该标准可通过诸如英飞凌可信平台模块 OPTIGA™ TPM SLI 9670 等防篡改微控制器实施,此类标准组件符合可信计算组织 (TCG) 的 TPM 标准。通过保护所涉实体的真实性、交换数据的完整性和敏感信息的机密性,TPM 在保障即插即充方案的金融交易安全方面起到了重要作用
此外,OPTIGA™ TPM SLI 9670 还可用于保护平台,实现服务器后台、充电站和电动汽车之间的安全数据传输。上述特性旨在确保固件更新、维护和管理充电基础设施设备等远程功能的安全。
直流充电桩的电源开关采用分立解决方案,如 CoolSiC™ MOSFET 和 CoolMOS™ MOSFET。由于各开关均需驱动器,且每个驱动器都需要控制,我们提供适配的 EiceDRIVER™ 栅极驱动器 IC 及 XMC™ 微控制器。我司电流传感器亦可助力打造精准的小型电流感测解决方案。OPTIGA™ 产品负责保护数据和信息安全,最后基于 PSoC6™ 平台的通信与物联网器件完善了系统的人机界面和接口部分。
