英飞凌免费开放教学实验案例,助力高校停课不停学

为了支持高校在疫情防控期间的正常教学活动,英飞凌积极相应教育部的号召,免费开放与高校合作开发的教学实验案例视频,支持高校“停课不停学”。
英飞凌联手中国高校,基于教育部产学合作协同育人项目的平台建立了多项教学内容和课程体系改革项目合作。高校将英飞凌多功能功率开发套件融入本科生和研究生的电力电子类以及电机控制类课程的实验教学中,优化课程体系,提升学生动手能力,培养新工科人才。
以下是同济大学、西安理工大学、以及西南交通大学等基于英飞凌多功能功率开发套件而设计开发的教学实验案例,供师生们做教学参考。

【英飞凌多功能功率开发套件简介】
英飞凌多功能功率开发套件是英飞凌面向高校电力电子教学及实践课程推出的实验套件,旨在支持中国高校基础教学和创新人才实践培养。该套件中包含了升压、降压电路,AC / D C、D C / D C、DC/AC等经典电路,可实现电力电子、电机拖动等电气工程类课程教学实验。同时, 套件中预留了多处采样电路,方便在此基础上进行二次开发和实验拓展。套件同时配备了IGBT 以及低压MOSFET电路板, 并采用了模块化设计,使用者可根据不同的应用场景进行两者的方便切换。目前,该套件已在多所高校成功试用,未来,将进一步推广至更多高校。
Safety precautions
In addition to the precautions listed throughout this manual, please read and understand the following statements regarding hazards associated with development systems.
Attention: The ground potential of the Multifunction Power Design Kit is biased to a negative DC bus voltage potential. When measuring voltage waveform by oscilloscope, the scope’s ground needs to be isolated. Failure to do so may result in personal injury or death and equipment damage
Attention: Only personnel familiar with the drive and associated machinery should plan or implement the installation, start-up and subsequent maintenance of the system. Failure to comply may result in personal injury and/or equipment damage.
Attention: The surfaces of the drive may become hot, which may cause injury.
Attention: Multifunction Power Design Kit contains parts and assemblies sensitive to Electrostatic Discharge (ESD). Electrostatic control precautions are required when installing, testing, servicing or repairing this assembly. Component damage may result if ESD control procedures are not followed. If you are not familiar with electrostatic control procedures, refer to applicable ESD protection handbooks and guidelines.
Attention: Wiring or application errors such as under sizing the motor, supplying an incorrect or inadequate DC supply or excessive ambient temperatures may result in system malfunction.
Attention: Wait three minutes after removing power from the power drive to discharge the bus capacitors. Do not attempt to service the drive until the bus capacitors have discharged to zero. Failure to do so may result in personal injury or death.
Attention: Multifunction Power Design Kit is shipped with packing materials that need to be removed prior to installation. Failure to remove all packing materials which are unnecessary for system installation may result in overheating or abnormal operating condition.
