REF_240W_TP_PFC_GAN 240 W bridgeless totem-pole PFC reference design

综述

The REF_240W_TP_PFC_GAN is a system solution for a bridgeless totem-pole power factor corrector (PFC) intended for applications that require low-power delivery at low-profile and high power density such as USB-PD, or battery chargers. The implemented totem-pole operates in continuous conduction mode (CCM) at 70 kHz switching frequency, with full digital control implementation on Infineon XMC™ 1400 series microcontroller.
