IGBT Modules up to 600 V / 650 V

Our portfolio of 600 V and 650 V IGBT power modules comprises different product families, configurations, current ratings as well as IGBT chip generations. The well-known 62 mm, Easy families as well as Econo IGBT modules all feature 600 V and 650 V. They come in chopper, booster, dual, fourpack, PIM, sixpack and 3-level configuration with a current rating between 10 A and 600 A. 600 V and 650 V IGBT modules can typically be found in motor control and drives, uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS), industrial heating and welding, commercial, construction and agricultural vehicles (CAV) or solar energy systems.

Choose between different IGBT chip generations based on your requirements, for example the soft switching TRENCHSTOP™ IGBT3 (E3) or IGBT HighSpeed 3, soft switching TRENCHSTOP™ IGBT4 (E4) or theTRENCHSTOP™ 5 H5 technology. IGBT modules with 600 V and 650 V are also available with pre-applied thermal interface material (TIM) for a reproducible thermal performance of power electronic applications. In addition these 600 V/650 V modules can be mounted with the help of PressFIT pins for a solder-less and lead-free mounting of power modules.
