The Evaluation gate driver board for HybridPACK™ Drive CoolSiC™ is easy to use for a B6-bridge xEV main inverter application.
The gate driver board is designed for the use in a laboratory environment. It comes with the new Infineon automotive EiceDRIVER™ 1EDI3033AS. The gate driver board supports the customers in their first steps designing applications with the HybridPACK™ Drive CoolSiC™ or the EiceDRIVER™.
