EasyPACK™ 2B 1200 V, 50 A sixpack IGBT module with TRENCHSTOP™ IGBT4, Emitter Controlled 4 diode, NTC and PressFIT Contact Technology. Also available as variation with Soldering connection technology: FS50R12W2T4. Realize smaller inverter size by replacing this module with the FS50R12W1T7_B11 including TRENCHSTOP™ IGBT7 or choose higher power with the FS50R12W2T7_B11.
