TLT9255WLC
Überblick
TLT9255WLC is a CAN FD 5MB with Partial Networking. The SPI interface of the TLE9255W is used to setup the wake-up functions as well as the INH output, the mode and the undervoltage control of the device.
This allows a very flexible usage of the TLE9255W in different automotive applications. The TLT9255WLC is realized in tiny leadless TSON-14 package with Lead Tip Inspection (LTI) feature providing Automated Optical Inspection (AOI) capability.
Based on the high symmetry of the CANH and CANL signals, the TLT9255W provides a very low level of electromagnetic emission within a wide frequency range, allowing the operation of the TLT9255W without a common mode choke in automotive and industrial applications.
The TLT9255W is enclosed in an RoHS compliant PG-TSON-14 package and fulfills the requirements of the ISO11898-2 (2016).
