As Greater China’s largest manufacturing site, Infineon Wuxi boasts history dating back to its emergence as Siemens Components (Wuxi) on October 8, 1995. Today, it is home to over 1400 employees from 2 legal entities - Infineon Technologies (Wuxi) Co. Ltd and Infineon Semiconductors (Wuxi) Co. Ltd, specializing in Backend manufacturing of discrete, chip card and high power modules, which are widely used in Automotive, Green Industrial Power, Power Solution & Sensors, Digital & Security Solutions. As the key enabler of IFX business in China & globally, we are proud to contribute our part to Infineon's mission of making lives easier, safer, and greener.
