At Infineon, I am mentored, involved, appreciated, empowered, and challenged to continuously improve and acquire new skillsets.

Conduct corporate security audits, create and/or provide consultations related to security concepts for the Asia-Pacific region.

Perform data analysis and internal investigations related to fraud detection and prevention.

We protect people as well as tangible and intangible assets to ensure business continuity (globally).

I am grateful that I get exposure to both the frontend and the backend of production at Infineon along with an opportunity to explore different Asia-Pacific sites, where I get to experience the respective cultures of the wonderful people I work with.

To always be on my toes while juggling different tasks and continuously learning about various business continuity topics.

Collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure the best possible synergies and achieving win-win situations.

There are no boring days; we always have to adapt to new circumstances and new requirements. To work with a diverse team – hard-working and so much fun to be around – continues to be the highlight of my work, every day.

Infineon always made me believe that I am one piece of the big picture – and that sense of belonging and of doing something that matters always keeps me going.

My main tasks are the coordination of the corporate citizenship and sponsoring program at Infineon, and of human rights due diligence activities, mainly focused on Infineon’s supply chain.

The results that I’m most proud of so far this year have been the progress we’ve made in relation to updating Infineon’s human rights management framework and the successful on-going implementation of processes that put us on the right track to comply with obligations under “The Act on Corporate Due Diligence Obligations in Supply Chains (Lieferkettensorgfaltspflichtengesetz, LkSG)”.

Also proud of the result of an awareness action to promote environmental sustainability initiatives at Infineon sites, like tree planting activities or beach cleaning. This action was well received and implemented worldwide. Really appreciate all the sites that made it happen. In the end, everyone wins: It brings people together and it is a step forward in fighting climate change.

My job highlight is to have the chance to be in contact with colleagues all over the world and to be able to learn from them every day.

Keep track of all the new up-and-coming requirements in regards to sustainability and, specifically, human rights and environmental due diligence.

Smart Working. Because sometimes there are advantages to being lazy.
