At Communications & Public Policy (CP), we strengthen Infineon's position as the world's leading semiconductor manufacturer for energy systems and IoT, targeting our internal and external stakeholders. Thereby, we significantly contribute to the company's vision of driving decarbonization and digitalization together.
We achieve this through integrated and orchestrated communications. We explain and raise awareness for the topics that are relevant to society. We establish new contacts and strengthen existing relationships. In doing so, we increase the understanding of innovative semiconductor technologies, the company and its contribution to a more sustainable future. Thereby, raising awareness of Infineon as an attractive and innovative employer while fostering a sense of belonging within the company.
The CP team is located in different regions worldwide and is centrally organized along Corporate Messaging & Board Communications, Corporate Marketing & Brand Communications, Corporate Channels & Editorial Steering, Public Policy, Enabling & Steering, Media Relations, and Communications Effectiveness, Enabling & Services.
In short, as a global CP team, that operates at all of Infineon's major sites around the world, we strengthen Infineon's reputation and internal identification. In an increasingly challenging economic, technological and political environment, we make Infineon's key role in innovative semiconductor technologies visible and create confidence in a sustainable future.

Justus' Story
Empowering teams to achieve their goals
Justus joined Infineon in Munich as a Communications & Public Policy trainee in 2012, working his way up to Head of Communications Effectiveness, Enabling & Services starting in 2023. He drives impactful communication strategies that empower goal achievement. Justus finds creativity, determination and vision are key in overcoming adversity.
As leader of the Communications Effectiveness, Enabling & Services department, I drive impactful communication strategies, foster collaboration and ensure efficient and effective communication across teams and for all stakeholders.
My work produces improved communication effectiveness, enhanced collaboration among teams and the successful delivery of impactful communication initiatives that contribute to the overall organizational objectives of Infineon.
My job highlights include the global impact of collaboration, connecting with colleagues worldwide and the joy of meeting new and inspiring individuals daily. It's a rewarding journey filled with meaningful relationships and opportunities to make a difference globally.
Navigating complex communication landscapes, adapting to industry trends and effectively managing multiple projects and stakeholders are the greatest challenges. They also provide valuable opportunities for growth, innovation and making a lasting impact at the same time.
I'm most proud of our team's collective achievements in successfully implementing complex communications strategies that have led to significant positive outcomes for the organization. Our projects have substantially impacted the company's success, through extensive collaboration, innovative thinking and effective execution.
Good video communications are a must for companies to be able to connect to people and be relatable. As a video creator, I work towards making the Infineon brand “experienceable”.

Sarina joined Infineon in Munich in 2021 as a Senior Specialist in Corporate Video Management. Since then, she has been supporting the communications team by creating and managing video productions and by advising her colleagues. Her role is to make the Infineon brand “experienceable”. She blends a creative spirit with good management skills.
