Being part of the operations organization, Corporate Supply Chain (CSC) drives the profitable flow of goods from suppliers to our customers with digital solutions and diverse expertise. We execute interlinked processes to strengthen the connection between the real and the digital world, demonstrating our commitment to make our supply chain a competitive advantage.
Let us present our different functions:
Our Customer Logistics Management function provides a premium customer experience by efficiently managing demand fulfilment. With seamless orchestration between our customers and internal partners we can provide tailored concepts, services and know-how.
Our Supply Chain Engineering function drives and ensures our supply chain’s competitiveness by innovating our processes and efficient collaboration. Our Engineering’s role acts as the owner of supply chain processes. It is responsible for ensuring process integration, stability and data integrity, while delivering efficient digitalization solutions through governance and data analytics.
Our Factory Integration function delivers digitalization solutions for benchmark manufacturing performance. Our implementation of digitalization solutions for Infineon’s Front End and Back End factories can be highlighted as well as our efforts in integrating external manufacturing partners for manufacturing data and the operation of solutions to achieve agreed target service levels.
Our Logistics function runs our services efficiently as a trusted partner generating value through scalable, seamless services. Worth to be highlighted is our Logistics’ dedication to deliver best-in-class performance through innovation and optimization with a zero-defect mindset, ensuring that our customers receive their orders on time, every time. Together with the partners serving Infineon, the global logistics team is additionally adding focus on sustainability to our services.

Ramona's Story
Better decisions through data
Ramona joined Infineon as a student in Munich in 2017. After completing the International Graduate Program (IGP) and rotating through various supply chain and IT assignments, including business analyst, she became team lead for supply chain analytics in August 2022. At the interface between business and IT, she empowers data-driven decision-making.
My main tasks are leading and supporting a team of data engineers and business analysts to develop, implement, and operate diverse analytics solutions for various stakeholders within the supply chain. My team and I provide reports, dashboards, and analyses to empower data-driven decision making along the supply chain.
The results of my work are state-of-the-art reporting and analytical solutions. They serve as powerful tools, empowering decision-makers with valuable information and enabling them to make informed choices that optimize efficiency, enhance productivity, and drive continuous improvement across the supply chain.
The greatest highlight of my job is working with colleagues whom I now consider friends. In addition, I find working at Campeon truly fantastic, with its green spaces, modern architecture, and great amenities.
The highly complex supply chain and associated processes in the semiconductor industry present significant challenges that my team and I diligently address in order to develop effective analytics solutions. Overcoming these obstacles is an ongoing endeavor, as we work towards continuous improvement and driving innovation.
About the future.
As a system engineer, I face many complex software questions every day. I’m grateful to have supportive teammates who share the workload, and the excitement of working with people from different cultures globally.
Jun Hao's Story
Taking the initiative …
In 2017, Jun Hao became a Senior System Engineer at Infineon in Malaysia. He is responsible for the end-to-end development of software applications. An innovative self-starter, he is particularly excited to have been chosen for the Talent program, where he can connect with many like-minded colleagues and be inspired.
Taking the initiative opens up many possibilities for us to control our outcomes.
Ensuring that applications run smoothly and reliably, without interruptions or glitches.
Me and my team overcame budget constraints and achieved multiple enhancements with excellence.
I led and coordinated the software design and development of two applications as application owner, and contributed to two more applications as a co-owner.
The biggest challenges are juggling time and staying on top of every topic I have.
I feel honored to be selected for the Talent program, where I can connect with many like-minded colleagues who inspire me. I also value the time I spend with top managers, who share their insights and vision with me.
