Overview
Daughterboard with PROFET™ Load Guard 12V BTG7090-1EPL for evaluation with respective motherboard
This daughterboard comes with 1 smart high-side power switch of BTG7090-1EPL and is compatible with the PROFET™ ONE4ALL Motherboard. It provides a quick pick and place solution for lab evaluations. The motherboard in combination with the daughterboard is capable of driving typical automotive loads.
Summary of Features
- Capacitive load switching mode (CLS mode) to charge big capacitive loads in safe operation area
- Automotive qualified in accordance with AEC Q100 Grade1 and ISO 26262-ready documentation available for registered Infineon partners
- Diagnostic: Proportional load current sense, open load in ON and OFF state and short circuit to ground and battery
- Protection: Adjustable overcurrent limitation via external resistor and absolute and dynamic temperature protection with restart control
- Switch ON capability during inverse current condition (Inverse ON)
