The 2.5KW CCM PFC evaluation board with 600V CoolMOS™ C7 Superjunction (SJ) MOSFET in TO-247 4pin package (IPZ60R040C7) is designed to evaluate the performance of the CoolMOS™ C7 in TO-247 4pin. The board is developed for the laboratories use only and does not serve for any commercial purpose.
The aim of this evaluation board is to evaluate different behavior of conventional 3pin devices compared to the high performance CoolMOS™ C7 devices in TO-247 4pin within a PFC application.
The EVAL_2K5W_CCM_4P_V2 board has undergone a technology maintenance and has been upgraded to EVAL_2K5W_CCM_4P_V3. Here, the reinforced bias supply KIT_6W_12V_BIAS_ICE3 has been replaced by the latest version KIT_6W_12V_P7_950V with CoolMos P7 950V.
