The Module Evaluation Adapter board with booster stage offer reliable connection between driver and various 1700 V EconoDUAL™ 3 modules. It operates together with 2ED300E17-SFO evaluation boards and  2ED300C17-S / 2ED300C17-ST IGBT driver boards. The IGBT module is to be ordered separately.
