Overview
Configurable solution for battery-powered robotic wheel drives. It features the MOTIX™ IMD701A, a motor control IC that combines an XMC1404 MCU with the MOTIX™ 6EDL7141 three-phase gate driver. The addition of the BSC155N06ND from the OptiMOS™ family, which incorporates dual N-channel power MOSFETs in a SuperSO8 package, nearly doubles power density. These components enable a compact, 40 mm diameter board design.
