The Infineon AL and AS Parallel NOR flash products are AEC-Q100 qualified for the automotive market for temperatures of up to 125°C enabling them to withstand harsh environments. High-temperature Parallel NOR devices support ADAS, chassis, drivetrain, and infotainment systems. Infineon also provides Production Part Approval Process (PPAP) support for AEC-Q100 qualified products.
