FM4 CY9BFx6xM/N/R-Series provides a highly-integrated single chip solution with 160 MHz of CPU power, up to 1 Mbytes of high speed on-chip flash memory, up to 128 Kbytes of on-chip SRAM, and integrated peripheral features including CAN, USB and inverter control timers.

- Up to 1MB flash and 128KB SRAM with 16KB flash accelerator
- Error-Correcting Code (ECC) support, hardware WDT, low-voltage detect, and clock supervisor blocks for safety-critical applications

- 6x Programmable Pulse Generators (PPG)
- 8x Base Timers, 2x Quadrature Position/Revolution Counters (QPRC)
