The automotive welding industry is pushing current capability and lifetime to the limit. Our newly developed family of housingless welding diodes serves both requirements.                                                                                                                                                                                                   
We designed the welding diodes 38DN06B02, 56DN06B02 and 65DN06B02 with improved losses for medium frequency resistance welding and high current rectifier applications. The low on-state voltage allows very high forward current up to 25% more than our current types.
Our diodes show extremely stable on-state behavior over life-time and therefore can also perfectly be used for surge protection applications.

Prime Soft Family

These freewheeling diodes are the perfect fit for modern IGBT applications such as HVDC voltage source converters and medium voltage drives. A big improvement is the turn-off capability, which has been upgraded to 5 kA/us.

With these 20mm, 34mm & 50mm Eco Block modules in solder bond technology we expand our comprehensive power module portfolio which, so far, was only using pressure contacts. Solder bond technology addresses the specific requirements of cost-effective applications.

Power Stacks - Optimized solutions
