ICB2FL03G
Overview
Smart ballast IC for UV-C disinfection lamps
The smart ballast controller for UV-C disinfection lamps (ICB2FL03G) comes in a slim SO-16 package. It is tailored for cost-performance optimized applications operating UV-C lamps. The ICB2FL03G integrates all functions required to operate UV-C disinfection lamps such as preheat-, ignition- and run-mode and protection features. Digital mixed-signal power control is employed enabling speedy, cost-effective and stable ballast designs with a minimum number of external components. Reliable and robust high-voltage isolation is achieved using Infineon’s proprietary Coreless Transformer Technology (CLT).
