Infineon’s latest family of OptiMOS™ 6 power MOSFETs enables the highest level of system efficiency. OptiMOS™ 6 utilizes a cutting-edge trench process, which delivers significant improvements in switching/conduction losses, and current capability.
These improvements translate to lower system losses, allowing for improvements in power density, board temperature, and over-all system reliability. Target applications include switch mode power supply (SMPS), renewables, OR-ing circuits, motor drives, LEV and battery powered applications.
The family is available in a variety of packages to meet your design requirements, including PQFN 3.3x3.3, sTOLL, SuperSO8, TOLL and TOLT.
Also, OptiMOS™ 6 portfolio includes a variety of voltage nodes incuding 40 V, 100 V, 120 V, 135 V and 200 V.
