Mehrdad Baghaie Yazdi, Senior Director Application Marketing and Application Management at Infineon Technologies.

Mehrdad joined Infineon Technologies in 2022 as Head of the Application Marketing and Management Organization. Before joining Infineon he gained more than a decade of experience in wide bandgap semiconductors, most recently as the Head of the Wide Bandgap Application Unit at ON Semiconductor. Before its merger with ON, he served as a senior engineer for device modeling at Fairchild Semiconductors. While pursuing a doctoral degree in Solid State Engineering at the Technical University of Darmstadt, he worked at the Fraunhofer Institute for Adaptronics. He completed his Dipl.-Ing. in Electrical and Electronic Engineering, with a focus in Microelectronics and Photonics, at the Technical University of Vienna.

Martin Warnke, System Architect at Infineon Technologies.

Martin got his Master's degree from Technical University of Munich in 2012 and served various technical positions within the semiconductor industry since. After becoming an expert in Wide Bandgap Semiconductor applications and characterization, he joined Infineon in 2021 as System Architect for motor control ecosystems. In his role, he is responsible for translating the technical benefits of new technologies into value propositions for motor applications.
