Today's society faces a variety of challenges. Climate change is becoming an increasingly serious threat that is having a major impact on regions around the world. In Japan, the declining birthrate, aging population, and resulting labor shortages are also becoming more apparent. How can we create innovation to realize a sustainable future? Experts from various fields from Japan and Germany will be invited to deepen the discussion.

This year, the third annual German-Japanese Oktober Technology Exchange Conference will feature a keynote speech by Nobel Prize winner in Physics, Professor Hiroshi Amano. In addition, Andreas Urschitz, Chief Marketing Officer of Infineon Technologies AG, and other experts from industry, government, and academia will give lectures, participate in panel sessions, and demonstrate their products and services.
