TLE5014P16D PWM, GMR, Dual SMD
XENSIV™ - TLE5014P16D magnetic angle sensor with an easy-to-use concept for automotive safety applications
Our TLE5014 magnetic angle sensor family is available as single and dual die products.
All sensors out of this family come pre-configured and pre-calibrated as plug-and-play sensors – and are thus easy-to-use. Today, customers can choose between the following interfaces.
- TLE5014S16(D): SENT/PWM/SPC – SENT preconfigured
- TLE5014P16(D): SENT/PWM/SPC – PWM preconfigured
- TLE5014C16(D): SENT/PWM/SPC – SPC preconfigured
- TLE5014SP16(D): SPI
On top of those protocol options, the sensor configuration can be adapted to any kind of application setup via a programmable E²PROM.
TLE5014 magnetic angle sensors meet ISO 26262 ASIL C for the single chip and ISO 26262 ASIL D for the dual chip versions.
Therefore, all products are ready for applications with highest functional safety requirements.

ISCM-SENT Infineon TLE5014
The CompactRIO ISCM-SENT (Infineon) module developed by CGS can sequentially calibrate up to 2 Infineon TLE5014 sensors. In addition, the module can read the SENT and PWM signals in parallel on the 2 channels. The SENT is supported by standard SAEJ2716 and the SPC mode developed by Infineon.
