TLT9251VLE TLT9251VLE is the high speed CAN Transceiver with flexible data rate up to 5MB and grade “0” (Ta=+150°) capability.

It is designed to fulfill the requirements of the following standards:
- ISO11898-2 (2016) physical layer specification
- SAE J1939
- SAE J2284
TLT9251VLE offers bus wake-up feature and supports 3.3 V as well as 5V supplied microcontrollers using Vio interface. TLT9251VLE is realized in tiny leadless TSON-8 package with Lead Tip Inspection (LTI) feature providing Automated Optical and being used for automotive and also for industrial applications.
