The compiler tools are based on  GNU and LLVM, modern and innovative open source technology, developed maintained and supported by a large community including the big players in the IT world.

HighTec optimizes these compiler technologies towards the ISA of TriCore and other embedded architectures. The c-runtime libraries are also optimized for TriCore fully owned by HighTec (no open-sources license). A flexible qualification tool kit creates the test library to achieve ISO 26262  ASIL-D.
