インフィニオンテクノロジーズ（FSE：IFX / OTCQX：IFNNY）は、新しいIMD110 SmartDriverシリーズを発売します。このスマートモータコントローラファミリーは、iMOTION™モーションコントロールエンジン（MCE）と3相ゲートドライバをコンパクトなパッケージに組み合わせています。統合ゲートドライバは、インフィニオン独自のシリコンオンインシュレータ（SOI）テクノロジーに基づいており、可変速度ドライブで様々なMOSFETおよびIGBTを駆動することができます。最新の MCE 2.0 を採用し、そのまま使用できるモータ制御と、オプションで PFC 制御を提供します。MCEをモータ制御に利用することで、お客様はシステム設計に注力することができます。主なターゲットアプリケーションは、主要な家電製品のモータ、ファン、ポンプなどです。
 
インフィニオンの実績のあるMCE 2.0は、センサレスまたはホールベースのモータインバータに高効率の磁界方向制御（FOC）を実装しています。SOIゲートドライバの広い動作電圧は、バッテリー、メイン駆動モータに対応し、市場をリードする堅牢性と信頼性を提供します。統合電圧レギュレータは、複数の供給スキームを可能にし、部品表（BOM）の削減に役立ちます。IMD110デバイスは、UL / IEC 60730（クラスB）に準拠した機能安全が求められるアプリケーションの事前認証を取得しています。
 
供給状況
IMD110は、モータドライブ向けにPFC制御付きとPFC制御なしのバージョンが提供されています。LQFP-48パッケージとのピン互換性があるLQFP-40パッケージのデバイスが、現在量産中です。iMOTIONモジュラーアプリケーション設計キット（MADK）用の新しい2種類の制御ボードにより、ドライブインバータの迅速な試作が可能となっています。MADK は、モジュール型のフレキシブルな開発プラットフォームで、最大 1 kW のモータドライブアプリケーション向けに制御ボードと電源 ボードの幅広いオプションを揃えています。詳細については、 www.infineon.com/iMOTION、 www.infineon.com/IMD110、 www.infineon.com/MADKをご覧ください。インフィニオンは、Embedded Solutions Conference 2021とPCIMヨーロッパ2021で、新しいIMD110シリーズをデジタルで展示します。
