インフィニオン、最新技術を結集した産業用汎用モータードライブの22kWリファレンス デザインを発表

パワーエレクトロニクスや半導体市場では、システム アプローチが活発化しています。このトレンドをサポートするために、インフィニオン テクノロジーズ (FSE: IFX / OTCQX: IFNNY) は、市場投入までの時間を大幅に短縮する、テスト済みの産業用リファレンス デザインを発表します。今回発表するデザインは、公称出力22kWの汎用モーター ドライブで、380～480Vの三相グリッドで直接動作させることが可能です。また、カスタマイズのためのリユースが全て可能で、お客様は実際の動作条件にてインフィニオン製品の評価も可能です。ポンプやファン、コンプレッサー、コンベヤーベルトなどのアプリケーションに最適です。

このデザインはインフィニオンの最新技術を1つのシステムにまとめたものです。大電流と高出力密度を実現するEasyPIM™ 3B IGBT7モジュール FP100R12W3T7_B11、最適なEMI性能と低電力損失を実現するEiceDRIVER™ Compact 1ED3131MC12Hや、最小限の電力損失で大電流を測定するXENSIV™電流センサー TLI4971-A120T5などが含まれています。ブロッキング電圧1700VのCoolSiC™ MOSFET IMBF170R1K0M1は、補助電源の中心的な役割を果たしています。また、制御用の「 XMC4800」と通信用の「 XMC4300」の2つのマイクロコントローラーが搭載されており、モーター制御用のソフトウェアパッケージがプリインストールされています。この組み合わせにより、これらの製品を一つのデザインで評価し、その相互作用を体験することができます。

モジュールへのアプローチを完成させるために、このシステムでは、すべての電子部品と冷却システムを収納する3Dプリントのハウジングをオプションで用意しています。ハウジングには、現在の動作状況を表示するタッチスクリーンや、外部接続用のEtherCATおよびUSBインターフェースが搭載されています。
