Longevity Program
Infineon Memories Products - Longevity information
At Infineon, we understand the importance of the provision of information relating to the planned availability periods of semiconductor products (“Longevity”). Based on Infineon’s current estimate of the actual product demand and in particular subject to the following considerations, Infineon currently plans to have available the products listed in the table below at least for the time periods stated in such table:
- Continuous demand– the availability of products is subject to sufficient overall product demand.
- Product changes – products are subject to changes by Infineon. Major changes, such as changes of the technology or transfer to different manufacturing sites, will be notified to ordering customers through Infineon’s standard change management process.
- Product migration– Infineon may require customers to migrate to function compatible products
Please note that Infineon’s plannings are subject to change and that the information in the below table might therefore not be up to date. Infineon updates the below table at least on an annual basis.
In case the product of interest is not included in the table below, please submit a customer case in our support system.
To determine if an Infineon flash memory device qualifies for the longevity program, locate the first nine digits of its Orderable Part Number (OPN) and verify that it is listed in the abbreviated part number column in the table below.
