概要

The S25HL512TFABHV013 is a 512Mbit memory module from Infineon's SEMPER™ NOR Flash Memory family. This chipset features Infineon's cutting-edge 45-nm MIRRORBIT™ technology with Quad SPI interface which has a bandwidth of 102 MByte/s.  It operates at a voltage of 3V and offers sector architecture options with uniform or hybrid options. Further, it supports a page programming buffer of 256 or 512 bytes and an OTP secure silicon array of 1024 bytes.
