EasyPIM™ 1B 1200 V, 10 A three phase input rectifier PIM (Power Integrated Modules) IGBT module with fast TRENCHSTOP™ IGBT4, Emitter Controlled 4 diode, NTC and PressFIT contact technology. Also available with Thermal Interface Material and as variation with Soldering connection technology: FP10R12W1T4.

35% higher output power can be achieved with TRENCHSTOP™ IGBT7 in the same package, thanks to pin-to-pin compatibility.
