EZ-PD™ CCG6_CFP and EZ-PD™ CCG8_CFP Dual-Single-Port USB-C PD
Dual-Single-Port USB Type-C Power Delivery (PD) controller supporting SPR (20 V) and EPR (beyond 20 V) in a common FootPrint package
EZ-PD™ CCG8_CFP & EZ-PD™ CCG6_CFP integrate VBUS provider load switch along with USB authentication support, VBUS-to-CC/SBU short protection, VBUS regulator and SBU 3:1 mux.
EZ-PD™ CCG8_CFP (EPR) & EZ-PD™ CCG6_CFP (SPR) support Dual Role Port (DRP) and comply with latest USB Type-C and Power Delivery (PD) specifications. They are a programmable 32-bit, 48 MHz ARM® Cortex®-M0+ with 128 KB Flash and 96 KB ROM, supporting fail-safe boot up and firmware upgrade.
You can choose EZ-PD™ CCG6_CFP for up to 20 V applications (SPR), while you can choose EZ-PD™ CCG8_CFP for beyond 20 V applications (EPR).

Please select "Simulation Models (SPICE, S-parameters, SABER)"
If you cannot find your requested model there, please submit your request via the "click to request model" button on the right handed side.
Infineon uses only Spice and Saber models. These are a generally accepted standard that meets all simulation model requirements.
