Henry TAN, Senior Assistant Director, Cybersecurity Engineering Centre, Cyber Security Agency of Singapore

Henry began his career at T-Systems International as a security evaluator specialising in Common Criteria, also known as ISO/IEC15408. He joined the Ministry of Home Affairs in 2009 where he headed the Standards and Evaluation group. Notably during his tenure with MHA, he established the National IT Evaluation Scheme. In 2015, he was posted to the Cyber Security Agency of Singapore. He championed the Common Criteria initiative and in January 2019, Singapore is officially accepted as a Certificate Authorising Nation within the Common Criteria Recognition Arrangement (CCRA). Henry also represents Singapore in ISO/IEC JTC 1/SC 27/WG 3, to contribute to the development of standards relating to security evaluation.

Suhas has more than 14 years of experience in leading innovation in cybersecurity and digital technology. He is currently leading cybersecurity services in TUV SUD Centre of Excellence and building strategic service build-up for Critical infrastructure (CII) and Industry portfolio. Suhas was instrumental in shaping the Singapore Smart Industry Readiness Index framework. This EDB assessment framework is a key pillar of Singapore’s Industry 4.0 strategy to transform industries and enterprises. He is also a member of the Security Working Group of the Singapore Manufacturing Federation’s (SMF) Smart Manufacturing Technical Committee (SMTC).
