インフィニオン、低電力デバイス向けに高集積のiMOTION™ IMI110シリーズを発表

インフィニオン テクノロジーズ (FSE: IFX / OTCQX: IFNNY) は新しいインテリジェント パワー モジュール (IPM) シリーズiMOTION™ IMI110を発表します。このシリーズは、iMOTION™ モーション コントロール エンジン (MCE) と3相ゲートドライバー、 600 V/2 Aまたは 600 V/4 A のIGBTをコンパクトなDSO-22パッケージで組み合わせています。この統合型モーター コントローラー シリーズは、小型および大型の家電製品、ならびに通常70Wの出力電力を持つファンやポンプに搭載されるモーターに適しています。システム設計によっては、さらに高出力を実現することも可能です。

 

現場で実証されたMCEは、センサレス モーター インバーターに高効率なフィールド オリエンテッド コントロール (FOC) を実装します。すぐに使えるMCEは、コード不要のモーター制御と統合されたスクリプトを備えています。MCEは、設定とチューニングを容易にするソフトウェア ツール ソリューション デザイナーにより、高集積で機能に最適化されたモーター制御ソリューションの開発を簡素化し、迅速な市場投入を可能にします。さらに、iMOTION™ IPM用の2つの新しいスターターキットにより、顧客固有のiMOTION™ IPM の迅速なプロトタイピングが可能になります。

 

IMI110シリーズは、沿面距離とクリアランスを改善しました。また、HV-H3TRBに準拠し、優れた耐久性と信頼性を実現しています。センサレス シングルシャント動作、ブートストラップ ダイオードの内蔵、単層PCB設計により、部品点数 (BOM) の削減を実現しています。IMI110デバイスは、UL/IEC 60730 (クラスB) 規格の機能安全が要求されるアプリケーションの認証を事前に取得しています。さらに、ハードウェアとソフトウェアの保護機能をフルセットで利用可能です。

 

 

供給体制について

iMOTION™ IMI110シリーズは、600 V/2 A（IMI111T-026H）バリアントで現在注文可能です。600 V/4 A（IMI111T-046H）バリアントは、2023年第2四半期の早い時期に発売される予定です。
