インフィニオン テクノロジーズ (FSE: IFX / OTCQX: IFNNY) は本日、AIROC™ Bluetooth ポートフォリオに新しくAIROC™ CYW20820 Bluetooth ® & Bluetooth ® LE (low energy) システム オン チップ (SoC) を追加したことを発表しました。 AIROC™ CYW20820 Bluetooth & Bluetooth LE SoCは、IoTアプリケーションに特化したBluetooth 5.2コア仕様に準拠したデバイスです。 ホーム オートメーションや、医療／スマートホーム／セキュリティ／産業機器向けのセンサー、 照明、Bluetooth Mesh、またはBluetooth LEやデュアル モードBluetooth接続を必要とするさまざまな IoTアプリケーションなど、幅広いユース ケースに対応するよう設計されています。

AIROC™ CYW20820 Bluetooth & Bluetooth LE SoCは、ARM ® Cortex ®-M4マイクロコントローラー ユニットと浮動小数点演算ユニットを統合した高性能演算機能により、信頼できる接続性と低電力を提供します。複数のデジタル インターフェースや、最適化されたメモリ サブシステム、LEおよびBR (基本レート) モードで最大11.5dBmの送信出力を提供するパワー アンプを備えた高集積デバイスで、デバイス フット プリントとBluetoothソリューションの実装に伴うコスト削減を可能にします。

 

インフィニオンはまた、水晶発振器、受動部品、AIROC™ CYW20820システムオンチップを搭載した3つのモジュールをリリースし、AIROC™ Bluetoothモジュール ポートフォリオをさらに拡充しました。高度に統合されたこれらのモジュールは、グローバルの通信規格認証済みでIoTデバイスの迅速な市場投入を可能にします。新しく追加されたAIROC™ CYBT-243053-02、CYBT-253059-02、CYBT-243068-02モジュールは、 ModusToolbox ™ソフトウェアとサンプル コード付きのツールによってサポートされ、Bluetoothアプリケーションの迅速な開発をサポートします。
