ワイヤレス充電市場は、ここ数年でますます拡大しており、この機能を適用し活用したアプリケーションがますます増加しています。設計者が今日の ワイヤレス給電の課題を克服し、主なアプリケーションの要件に対応できるよう、インフィニオンテクノロジーズAG（FSE：IFX / OTCQX：IFNY）は、誘導型ワイヤレス充電用コントローラーとして新しくラインナップされたWLCファミリの最初の製品であるWLC1115トランスミッター コントローラーICを発表しました。WLC1115 には、 Qi v1.3.2 認定の MP A11 パワー トランスミッター リファレンス ソリューションが付属しており、スマートフォン、スマート スピーカー、ドッキング ステーション、モニター スタンド、産業用またはヘルスケア用アクセサリーなど、さまざまなアプリケーションをターゲットにしています。

インフィニオンの WLC1115 は、ワイヤレス充電ソリューショ ン向けに高度に統合化され、Qiに準拠し、完全なまでに設定可能な 15W トランスミッター コントローラー ICです。本コントローラーICは、USB-PD/PPS シンク、DC/DC コントローラー、DC/DC 用ゲート ドライバ、フルブリッジ インバーター、センシング用ペリフェラル、およびコンフィギュラブル フラッシュ メモリを搭載しています。また、WLC1115は、4.5V～24Vの広い入力電圧範囲、電圧ベースおよび電流ベースのマルチパスによるASK復調をサポートしています。さらに、プログラマブルなハイサイド電流センスアンプを内蔵し、Qファクタ、共振周波数、電力損失による適応型異物検出（FOD）機能を備えています。また、プログラマブルなUVLO、OVP、OCP、OTPの包括的な保護機能も備えています。 

WLC1115 ベースの拡張パワープロファイル (EPP) トランスミッター ソリューションは、 OPTIGA™ Trust Charge を使用することでQi v1.3.2 規格で規定されている認証要件を満たします。WLC1115 ソリューションは、インフィニオンの USB-C 充電器用の包括的な製品および幅広い MOSFET ポートフォリオと組み合わせることで、厳しい規制およびコンプライアンス要件を満たすのに役立つ完全な製品パッケージを提供します。さらに、Qi v1.3.2 および独自の充電プロトコルをサポートするソフトウェア ツールも付属しています。
